By accessing or using Astro-Cerus (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Astro-Cerus is a personal astrology application that generates natal charts, synastry comparisons, transit forecasts, solar/lunar return charts, progressed charts, and AI-powered interpretations based on birth data you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Astro-Cerus. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Astro-Cerus offers free and premium tiers. Premium features are available via in-app subscription processed through the Apple App Store. All billing is handled by Apple; we do not store payment information directly.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
Subscription prices may change. We will provide advance notice of material pricing changes.

5. Astrological Disclaimer

Astro-Cerus provides astrological information for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. The content generated by this app — including chart interpretations, transit descriptions, and AI responses — does not constitute professional advice of any kind (financial, medical, legal, or otherwise). Do not make important life decisions based solely on astrological content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
Use automated tools or bots to access or scrape the Service.
Impersonate other users or provide false information.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Astro-Cerus — including the app design, source code, and generated outputs — are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. User Data

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Apple App Store, RevenueCat, and OpenAI. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
