🔔 Push Notifications Not Working?
Go to Settings → Notifications → Astro-Cerus and ensure notifications are enabled. In the app, visit Transits → Settings to configure which transits you want alerts for.
🔑 Login Issues
Astro-Cerus uses a one-time code sent to your email. If you haven't received a code, check your spam folder. Codes expire after 10 minutes — request a new one on the login screen.
🗑️ Delete My Account
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@astrocerus.app with the subject line "Delete Account". We will process your request within 30 days.

Is my birth data private?
Yes. Your birth data (date, time, location) is stored securely on our servers and never sold to third parties. It is used only to calculate your astrological charts. See our

How do AI chart interpretations work?
Chart interpretations are generated by OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini model using your birth chart data as context. Free accounts receive up to 3 regenerations per month. Premium accounts receive up to 20 per month. Cached interpretations (already generated) are always viewable for free.
What's included in the premium plan?
Premium unlocks increased AI chat queries, more chart interpretation regenerations per month, and push notification access for real-time transit alerts. Available as a monthly ($1/month) or annual ($9.99/year) subscription via the App Store.
Can I use Astro-Cerus on a web browser?
Yes! Astro-Cerus is fully accessible at
astro.0xf.ing. The iOS app provides push notifications and native features, but all chart functionality is available on the web.
How accurate are the astrological calculations?
All calculations use the Swiss Ephemeris library, the same engine used by professional astrology software. Planetary positions, house cusps, and aspect orbs are computed to high precision. Accuracy depends on the birth time and location you provide.
Can I add multiple birth profiles (family, friends)?
Yes. You can create multiple profiles and run synastry (compatibility) charts between any two profiles. Visit the Synastry section to compare profiles.
What is a Transit? A Solar Return? A Progression?
A Transit is when a current planet forms an aspect with a point in your natal chart. A Solar Return is the chart for the exact moment the Sun returns to your birth position each year (your "astrological new year"). A Progression is a forecasting technique where each day after birth corresponds to a year of life. All three are available in Astro-Cerus.
